A great thing about our program is that the class materials are included.

STARTING AFTER SCHOOL CAMPS FOR PRE-TEENS & TEENS

Kids Robotics Camps will be starting this October. Let us know if you are interested in a one time Robotics Camp. If we can get five or more kids interested we will set up a convenient time. Kids will make a robot and learn to communicate with robots. Send us your thoughts!


ROBOTICS CLASS SCHEDULE FOR PRE-TEENS & TEENS - March start date

Versa Botix pre-teen classes are for kids 9 years old to 12 years old. Teen classes are for kids ages 13 to 17. Each Versa Botix course module includes module supplies. The course stack is broken into three sections: 🟪 refers to robot mechanics modules, 🟩 refers to robot circuitry modules, 🟨 refers to robot programing & AI modules.

🟪 Module 01 - April 28, 2025 / 4:00pm-5:00pm

1. What is a robot? We look at a variety of robots and examine how they work.

2. Explore mechanics related to robots and how to make a robot move.

3. Explore fun facts about robotics

4. Make a cam & shaft driven robot to understanding a mechanical build.

5. How do we know? We learn how a robot thinks and relates to the world.

This class will be at a local park and will show off the students Robotics projects. There will be robot races, shows and battles.

Versa Botix open classes are for kids 13 years old to 17 years old. Individual class modules are available but class supplies must be purchased separately and times must be scheduled ahead. An open class module schedule may be dependent on the Corona Library tutoring room’s availability.
